Privacy Policy

Carriers Space Inc., a Delaware, United States company, provides Carriers Space, including the Android application and app.carriersspace.com, to carrier teams for managing drivers, applicants, vehicles and documents. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Information we process
Employee account information includes name, email, phone number, optional profile photo, company membership, role and authentication information. We also process session and activity records needed to operate and protect accounts.
Information entered or uploaded by carriers and applicants can include contact details, addresses, date of birth, Social Security or tax identifiers, driver license details, employment history, qualifications, medical certification and drug-test documents, driving and inspection records, vehicle information, notes, messages, photographs, electronic signatures and signed documents. The information collected depends on the features used and the records supplied by your company.
The Android app displays the online service through a browser. Files are selected through the device file picker. The app does not request continuous device location, address-book access or access to your personal SMS messages. Addresses and inspection locations entered into records are not device GPS tracking.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide company-scoped access, process applications, maintain records, generate documents, obtain electronic signatures, deliver service emails and signed copies, answer support requests and protect the service. Carriers determine how they use their employment and operational records. Carriers Space does not itself decide whether an applicant is hired or qualified.
Who receives information
Authorized members of the relevant carrier company can access records according to their access rights. Documents and messages may be sent to recipients selected by authorized users or to a signer receiving a copy. Service providers process information needed to deliver the service: Cloudflare for network delivery and protection, and Google Workspace for service email. Carrier Compass/CarrierIntel and public government sources provide company and inspection information when those features are used. Carrier lookup requests include the DOT number used for the lookup.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users. Copies exported or delivered to a carrier or another recipient are also subject to that recipient's responsibilities.
Security
The production service uses HTTPS, password hashing and company access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share account passwords or signing links. This policy does not claim that stored files are end-to-end encrypted.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and operational information while needed to provide the service and for applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, including without logging in. We verify the request before acting and complete confirmed deletion requests within 30 days. Residual copies in backups are removed within 90 days of verification. Deletion requests are handled by support; they are not an instant automated deletion.
Carrier-controlled employment, qualification, signed-document and audit records may need to be retained for legal obligations or a documented legal hold. Deleting an employee's access does not automatically delete the carrier's records. If an exception applies, we explain the affected data, reason and applicable retention period to the requester. Retained data is limited to that purpose. We coordinate applicable requests with the carrier and service providers.
Your choices and requests
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about carrier-controlled information. Please identify your account email and company. Do not send passwords, your full SSN or identity documents in your initial email. We will explain any additional verification needed through a suitable channel.
Carriers Space is intended for carrier personnel and employment applicants, not children. Updates to this policy are published here with an effective date.
